DIY0 3D Touch Probe three-coordinate probe connects the CNC (Mach3.GRBL control board) signal input port (to the knife edge) to quickly find the midpoint, find the edge, find the center, and measure the table shape, which greatly solves the trouble of secondary clamping workpiece positioning during the processing process. The shell is made of fine matte black + silver alumina alloy, with a flat anti-roll design, and the stylus is machined in stainless steel with an integrated upper and lower upper machine. The ball head is made of tungsten steel balls, which are more wear-resistant. Adapt to GRBL control board and MACH3 control board.
The accuracy of one-way repeat positioning is less than 0.01mm. The probe uses internal circulation conductivity to detect the workpiece, so it can be used for detection of non-conductive and insulated objects.
Before delivery, fine-tune the concentricity to within 0.05, and measure and adjust it yourself after you get it. Note: Be sure to use ER11 spring chuck of AAA or above, otherwise the concentricity of the probe will not be guaranteed.

Calculation method of probe slant The slant refers to the projection difference between the center point of the stylus and the actual triggering center point in the measurement direction. (Generally speaking, if you are looking for relative measurements such as the center of the circle, you do not need to calculate the slant value. If used to find edges, you need to add or subtract the stylus value from the measured value.) 1. Place a gauge or rectangular workpiece on the countertop 2.
